This station is used for performance and fatigue tests of sub parts. There is a special platform for displacement - force controlled linear and rotary motion.
MOREMECHANICAL ENDURANCE TEST STATION
This mechanical turning on test system is used for long period endurance tests applications. There is a capability for single sine wave form life tests with continuously temperature controlled and liquid cooled.
MORENOISE AND VIBRATION TEST SYSTEM
This isolated test cabin allows to test noise and vibration in 40 dB(A) background noise. There is a six channel analyzer can perform frequency band or FFT anaysis.
MOREMOBILE LABORATORY
This truck is used for tunning works which are done outside of the factory. It is equipped with special test tools and machines such as servo hydraulic performance test machine, drill and compressor.
MORETHREE AXIS LOAD CELL
This load cell is used for validating the spring seat design against the side load which comes from the installation of shock absorber into a vehicle.
MOREROAD TEST EQUIPMENTS
This is used for measuring the all three axis linear and rotary accelerations so we can compare the vehicle oscillation effects of different tuned shock absorbers.
