The members of the Board of Directors of Mando Co., top management of Maysan Mando as well as the members of the Board of Directors of Çukurova participated in the organization which was held.
Within the scope of the organization, an assessment as to the year of 2016 and targets of 2017 were discussed under fundamental headings such as having the best relations with all customers in the long term, cost-based management and cash flow, reinforcement of all processes, quality awareness and creation of dedicated employees.
During the visit where manufacturing defects in Maysan 1 and Maysan 2 were examined in detail, the final situation of the projects, budget performance and business actions were reviewed. Negotiations were also held on the improved fields.
