Maysan Mando took a significant step within the scope of the social responsibility activities and held an organization for blood donation in order to provide support for the campaign of “Blood is not an urgent but a continuous need” initiated by the Red Crescent.

Maysan Mando took a significant step within the scope of the social responsibility activities and held an organization for blood donation in order to provide support for the campaign of “Blood is not an urgent but a continuous need” initiated by the Red Crescent.
Employees devoted extensive attention to the organization which was held in Maysan Mando’s manufacturing facilities located in the Bursa Industrial Site. Within the scope of the campaign, the employees did not only donate blood but also provided samples for stem cells donation.
Everyone may need blood at any time
Mr. Anıl Yücetürk, the Director General of Maysan Mando, emphasized that as Maysan Mando, they attached great importance to the studies which would add value to the society in which they live and increase social awareness by not only focusing on economic and commercial achievements and mentioned of the importance of social responsibility activities. In this respect, he drew the attention to benefits of blood donation for raising a healthy society.
Awareness must be increased among whole community
Given the fact that the annual blood need of our country is about 2 million, Mr. Yücetürk noted that awareness must be created with respect to blood donation among the whole community and conveyed his thanks to all Maysan Mando’s employees, who had donated blood and stem cells, for providing support for the campaign.
