In the launching of the Leader Improvement Project initiated for the managers, Maysan Mando hosted the reputable psychologist Prof. Dr. Acar Baltaş, who is one of the pioneers in implementation of industrial and organizational psychology, in Bursa within the scope of the interview organized.

In the launching of the Leader Improvement Project initiated for the managers, Maysan Mando hosted the reputable psychologist Prof. Dr. Acar Baltaş, who is one of the pioneers in implementation of industrial and organizational psychology, in Bursa within the scope of the interview organized.

All managers of the company were present during the interview. In the training entitled “Change in Mentality”, tricks for rendering the management successful and sustainable and remarkable information as to the actions required to be taken by the managers for recognizing and assessing the persons in a right manner and unearthing the potential inherit in individuals were discussed.

“Managing emotions means managing persons”

During the interview which was quietly fruitful, Prof. Dr. Acar Baltaş noted: “Potential inherit in individuals unearths under pressure. In life where no difficulty is encountered, the potential does not also reveal. Performance emerges thanks to combination of inclination and motivation. A great part of problems deemed to be a communication problem is in fact those experienced in the relation. We are living in a world where we cannot be successful by means of repeating what we did yesterday. The notion of leadership is to impress, to establish relation. To be curious and to open to learning and change, commitment, to take right decisions with limited information under pressure and not to be afraid of in case of failure and to struggle are among the key factors which ensure revealing of potential”.   

On the other hand, monitoring seminars, workshops and individual coaching activities will be held as well as trainings to be regularly provided within the scope of the project which was materialized.
