Maysan Mando is growing and increasing its production. In line with this fact, an organisational restructuring becomes a necessity. In that respect, we have reassesed the concepts of "technician" and "team leading" at Maysan Mando in order to act quicker to achieve results and ensure a more effective communication in the production field.

“DIFFERENCE MAKERS”

Maysan Mando is growing and increasing its production. In line with this fact, an organisational restructuring becomes a necessity. In that respect, we have reassesed the concepts of "technician" and "team leading" at Maysan Mando in order to act quicker to achieve results and ensure a more effective communication in the production field.

Within this context, we have successfuly finalized our "Difference Makers Blue Collars" training programme, which was extended over a year period starting from December 2017. The programme aimed to improve leadership capabilities of first level executives at Maysan Mando.

The programme was conducted in cooperation with İzgören Academy. 17 group leaders, who were the first superiors of the operators of Production, Stock and Quality departments, attended the programme to improve their professional and personal development.

The training programme composed of different modules including 5 keys of Communication, Basic Leadership Skills, Team Work, Empathy, Efficient Listening, Training of Trainers.

Within the scope of the regular trainings for the operators, participants had the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills on Task and Responsibilities of Team Leader, Disciplinary Processes, On the Job Accidents, 5S and Basic First Aid modules. 

Work & Play Together

"Difference Makers Blue Collars" programme was completed very successfuly and effectively. Participants both learnt new skills and enjoyed their time together.
