Within the scope of the business unit and title-based MIDS Revision Project which is conducted under the coordination of the Metal Industrialists Union of Turkey (the MESS) and prepared in line with the needs and expectations of the contracted workplaces and on the basis of the Hay methodology, a series of visit were paid by the team conducting the project to Maysan Mando, which was selected as one of the pilot enterprises.

Maysan Mando, the first shock absorber manufacturer of Turkey, was honoured with the degree of “Five-Star” which is currently acquired by only 3 firms in Turkey thanks to its outstanding service quality within the scope of the Five-Star evaluation system which is applied by Hyundai for its suppliers and where the evaluations are conducted in 4 main categories such as inspection grade, rate of returned parts (PPM), rate of returns under warranty and quality management grade.

Maysan Mando, which is the first shock absorber manufacturer in Turkey and provided significant added value for the sector thanks to its innovative perspective, was honoured with an award in the ‘Innovation’ category of the ‘Those Adding Value to the Economy – 2016’ awards, an organization held by the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the 43rd time in this year. Maysan Mando thereby accomplished to receive the fruits of its productive studies in this field.
